Original diagnosis/description
Pinnules linear-lanceolate, margin coarsely dentate, with acute apex, base cuneate. Venation pinnate; in each convex tooth, a cluster of independent lateral veins diverging from the main veins. Lateral veins dichotomously branching 4 or 5 times. Lateral veins near the apex simple, whereas the lowest veins branching once. First branching of lateral veins close to the midvein; distal branch more curved, bifurcating 2 or 3 times; proximal branch bifurcating only once, straighter than distal branch.
Etymology
The specific epithet refers to Zhangpu County where the studied specimens were collected.
