Original diagnosis/description

Compound inflorescence consisting of main axis and helically arranged secondary axes with helically arranged lateral inflorescence units. Lateral inflorescence units supported by a bract and consisting of two to four flowers. Flowers supported by a bract and arranged singly or in clusters of two. Each flower bisexual and trimerous with well-developed stamens. The anthers are bilocular and open by valves.

Etymology

Derived from Prague (Praha), where the fossil was found.
